Bake Diary is by far the easiest most user friendly application you could possibly ask for, it truly took our paperwork from 6 hours to 1 hour, I can't even begin to explain how many more features have been added since I joined but I can say it's a true bargain and the customer service is undoubtedly the best I've ever had.
